Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Brussel Sprouts

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2- 3/4 tsp coarse salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Cut off ends of sprouts and cut in halves. Mix them in a bowl w/ olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on a baking sheet and cook for 35 to 40 min. Rotate the sprouts a few times during the cooking to brown evenly.
