Ingredients

1 Small Butternut Squash (2lbs)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 Cup Orange Juice

1/4 Cut Maple Syrup

(Someone said to sprinkle Brown Sugar too)

(double for bigger squashes!)

Preparation

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. Cut top of butternut off and cut in halves, scoop seeds out then cut again in half to have 4 wedges. Place wedges cut side up ina large glass baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Combine OJ & Syrup and drizzle over wedges. Cover w/ foil and roast for 45 minutes. Spoon Syrup over wedges before serving.
