Ingredients

1/2 medium cauliflower (about 1/2 lb), leaves removed.

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat over to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut the cauliflower through the core into 6 wedges.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
  4. Lay cauliflower wedges on baking sheet.
  5. Lightly brush both sides of hte wedges with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Roast about 20 minutes, until the sides that touch teh pan and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Serve 3 wedges per person.
