Ingredients
1/2 medium cauliflower (about 1/2 lb), leaves removed.
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Preheat over to 450 degrees.
- Cut the cauliflower through the core into 6 wedges.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
- Lay cauliflower wedges on baking sheet.
- Lightly brush both sides of hte wedges with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast about 20 minutes, until the sides that touch teh pan and the edges are golden brown.
- Serve 3 wedges per person.
