Ingredients
1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
12 fresh sage leaves
3 Tbs olive oil
salt & pepper
1/4 cup parmesan (1 oz)
Preparation
Heat oven to 400 degrees. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss cauliflower, sage, oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Roast, tossing once, until golden brown and tender, 25-30 minutes. Top with Parmesan.
