1/2 recipe of Chipotle Chili Adobo Sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 Split chicken at backbone to butterfly. Generously spread Chipotle Chili Adobo Sauce over chicken and bake in oven for about 1 hour until done basting occasionally.
