Ingredients
8 Chicken pieces.Thighs or Breasts
2 Tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
2-3 Tablespoons Melted butter
3 tablespoons fine bread crumbs
1 - 2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
Preparation
sprinkle pieces with lemon juice( important to do this step first) brush with melted butter sprinkle with bread crumbs sprinkle with cayenne pepper
