Ingredients
Roasting ingredients:
2 c fresh cranberries
2 c stemmed seedless red grapes
1 T+ olive oil
1/2 t red chili flakes
1 T minced garlic
1 t fresh rosemary
2 bunches chard
Preparation
spread mixture in shallow roasting pan and roast for 15-20 minutes in 450 degree oven.
wash, dry, de-stem chard.
stir chard into roasting pan and roast 2-4 minutes more. Stir. Transfer to large bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature.
