Ingredients

4 thinly sliced center cut boneless pork loin chops

2 TBSP Dijon mustard

1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce

16 Golden Delicious apple slices (1/4" thick)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Place pork in baking dish.
  3. Spread top of pork with mustard, the applesauce
  4. Coat apple slices with butter-flavored cooking spray, then place 4 slices on top of each pork chop
  5. Bake 20 mins. Season with salt and pepper is desired
