Ingredients
1 Head Fennel
Good Aged Parmesan Cheese
Extra Virgin First Press Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
Preparation
- Remove any leafy ferns from the Fennel. Slice the Fennel head lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices
- Place Fennel slices unto a cookie sheet
- Drizzle Olive Oil over the slices
- Place thin slices or grated Parmesan on the slices to cover the top completely.
- Sprinkle some Sea Salt (but not too much, the cheese is salty) on top. Add pepper to taste.
- Put the Fennel covered sheet into a pre-heated 450 degree oven. Bake until the cheese is golden brown and crisped.
Eat while still hot!
