Ingredients

1 Head Fennel

Good Aged Parmesan Cheese

Extra Virgin First Press Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Pepper

Preparation

  1. Remove any leafy ferns from the Fennel. Slice the Fennel head lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices
  2. Place Fennel slices unto a cookie sheet
  3. Drizzle Olive Oil over the slices
  4. Place thin slices or grated Parmesan on the slices to cover the top completely.
  5. Sprinkle some Sea Salt (but not too much, the cheese is salty) on top. Add pepper to taste.
  6. Put the Fennel covered sheet into a pre-heated 450 degree oven. Bake until the cheese is golden brown and crisped.

Eat while still hot!
