Ingredients
1 head of garlic
1 tblsp olive oil
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Place garlic in a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Tightly close foil. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
When garlic is cool enough to handle, sqeeze pulp from the cloves.
Blend pulp with cream cheese, lemon juice, and S&P.
