Ingredients
1 head of Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 triangle Herb and Garlic Laugh Cow Cheese spread
1 pinch of Red Pepper Flake (opt)
Salt & Corse ground pepper to taste
pinch oregano
Preparation
Slice head of garlic in half. Leaving on skins drizzle with oil and wrap in foil pouch. Bake in oven about an hour or two 250-300 degrees. Once baked and cooled, remove garlic from paper hulls, should easily come right off. Mush the roasted garlic together in small bowl until its almost like a paste. Then mix in cheese spread, mayo, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and combined. Then add seasons, salt and paper to taste. Serve as dip w/ raw vegetables, Crackers, and Chips; also makes a great sandwich spread.
