Ingredients

2 large heads garlic, roasted

1/2 c. yogurt

1/4 c Parmesan

2 tbs. olive oil

2 tbs. lemon juice

1 tbs. Dijon mustard

3 anchovy fillets

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a blender or food processor combine the garlic pulp, yogurt, cheese, oil, lemon juice, mustard and anchovies. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
