Ingredients

1 head garlic

1 t horseradish

2 oz montrachet cheese

1 cup finel chopped pistachios

¼ cup chopped chives

2 8oz bars cream cheese, softened

drizzle of olive oil

pinch of salt

thinly sliced green and red apples

crackers

Preparation

Chop the head off of the garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in foil and cook in a 350 degree in oven until soft.

Shell and clean pistachios, chop finely. Toast in a frying pan until you smell the nuts. Don’t burn or brown.

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 until bubbly, about 45 minutes. Serve warm with crackers and thin apple slices.
