Ingredients

2 Lbs seedless green grapes,

1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (low-fat or regular work best, but you can use fat-free it’s just a little runnier),

2/3 cup dark brown sugar

Preparation

For best results, peel the grapes (easiest after they’ve been soaked for an hour in warm water) this will remove the slightly bitter tanic taste of the skins - but if you’re trying to prepare this in a hurry, you can leave the skins on.

Lay the grapes out in a baking dish big enough so that there is one or two layers of grapes.

Spread the yogurt over the grapes.

Sprinkle the brown sugar over the yogurt.

Set your oven to broil and broil the dish until the sugar begins to caramalize, being careful not to burn it. About 10 minutes.
