Ingredients
1 lb. green beans
4 cloves garlic
kosher or sea salt
pepper
olive oil
1/2 C pine nuts
1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Place green beans and garlic cloves in small roasting pan. Sprinkle with olive oil and stir beans to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper Roast for about 20 minutes. 375 oven.
Toast pine nuts
Sprinkle cooked green beans with balsamic vinegar and add pine nuts. Can be served hot or room temp.
