Ingredients
2 fresh ripe peaches halved and pitted
1/2 cup light cream
2 tablespoons honey divided
mint sprigs for garnish
Preparation
preheat oven to 375f cookie tray covered with aluminum foil put peaches on tray cut side up drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over peaches cook for 15 - 20 minutes. whip cream in small bowl with remaining 1 tablespoon honey remove peaches from oven place on 4 individual dishes top with honey cream. garnish with mint.
