Ingredients
6 dark plums cut in half & pitted
1 tbsp. melted unsalted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c Greek yogurt
2 tsp. honey
Preparation
Heat oven to 375. Line baking sheet or baking casserole with parkment paper. Put plums on pan cut side up. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with Sugar. Bake until soft and juices run off (15 mins). Divide among bowls. Top with yogurt. Drizzle with honey.
