Ingredients
1 packet (1 oz) Hidden Valley Dressing Mix
2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Place potatoes in a gallon size bag and add oil. Toss to coat. Ad dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake on ungreased baking pan at 450 for 35 minutes.
