Ingredients
Large Jar of Roasted Red Peppers, drained, sliced
Sliced Portabello mushrooms
Garlic cloves, crushed or smashed
Olive Oil
Balsamic vinegar
Fontinella and/or Asiago Cheese, shredded
Preparation
Saute peppers and mushrooms in garlic and olive oil until mushrooms are slightly soft. Place in baking dish, sprinkle with some balsamic and then with cheese to taste. Broil until bubbly. Serve alone or with fresh good bread or toasted sliced good bread.
