Ingredients
1 head butter lettuce, washed
1 roasted, marinated-in-oil red pepper
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
Blue Cheese crumbles (to taste)
1/4 cup or less Girouards Champagne Dressing (can be the lite)
1/2 avocado or 1/2 ripe pear if you so choose
Preparation
Use one head of butter lettuce, washed and dryed, add one chopped roasted red pepper (marinated in oil), sprinkle with blue cheese and toasted slivered almonds, dress with Girouards Champagne Dressing (can be lite). Add avocado or pear if you want additional treat.
