Ingredients

Skiness, boneless chicken thighs (enough for 3-4 pieces per person)

1 bottle Kraft Roasted Red Pepper salad dressing

Preparation

If frozen, thaw chicken, rinse and pat dry. Place in a shallow baking dish, pierce each chicken piece several times, and pour over enough dressing to barely cover. Mix. Place in fridge for an hour, or overnight. To BBQ - place marinated chicken pieces on grill set at medium to medium low, and grill until chicken is no longer pink. Brush with extra marinate as needed through cooking time. To oven bake: Preheat oven to 350F. Place uncovered oven proof container with chicken and dressing in oven on middle rack for 40 minutes.
