Ingredients
1 jar (7oz) roasted red peppers. Drained, rinsed, patted dry.
1 clove garlic coarsely chopped
1 inch long pice fresh ginger peeled and coarsely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 green onion, sliced
2t reduced sodium soy sauce
2t rice wine or cider vinegar
1t honey or sugar
3-5T breadcrumbs made from 1 slice good bread
Preparation
Combine roasted red peppers, garlic, ginger, jalapenos, onions, soy sauce, vinegar, and honey or sugar in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. With the motor running, add bread crumbs, a little at a time, until the dip is thick and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings.
