Ingredients
1 jar (7 or 7.25oz) roasted red bell peppers, well drained
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese
1 package (6 oz) chevre (goat) cheese
2 T chopped onion
1 tsp ground mustard
12 oz round buttery crackers
Preparation
In food processor , place all ingredients except crackers. Cover and process, using quick on and off motions and scraping sides occasionally, until well mixed.
Spoon mixture into serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers.
