Ingredients
1 red pepper
Olive oil
Coarse salt
Aluminum foil
Baking dish
Paper bag
Preparation
- Cut red peppers in half, remove stems, seeds and white ribs.
- Rub salt and oil all over inside and outside of peppers.
- Place peppers on foil-lined baking sheet, cut side down.
- Broil 8-10 minutes until black and blistered, but not entirely charred.
- Place in paper bag for 15 minutes.
- Slice and remove skin.
Note: Can refrigerate for up to 5 days.
