Ingredients

1 1/4 lbs. Cashews (roasted for 10 minutes at 350)

2 tbls. Fresh Rosemary (chopped)

2 tsp. Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

1 tbls. Melted butter

Preparation

  1. Roast the Cashews at 400 for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Let cool for 5 minutes
