Ingredients

1 head cauliflower

2 tbl olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven 450 degrees. Trim leaves and thickest part of the core from the cauliflower and wash well. Cut whole head crosswise into 2 inch thick slices and lay it in a baking sheet in a single layer. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender and starting to brown, about 30 minutes
