Ingredients

4 cloves garlic, chopped

3 T white wine vinegar

3 T honey

1/8 cup wasabi paste

1/2 cup cilantro

12 tomatillos, husked, washed, cut in half

1 red onion, chopped

1 T olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

place tomatillos, garlic and onion in a small bowl and toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill mixture until it becomes soft, 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a god processor and pulse until smooth. Add vinegar, honey, wasabi and cilantro and pulse to combine. Season with salt and pepper
