Ingredients

6-7 large plum tomatoes

3-4 garlic cloves unpealed

2 jalapeno peppers

1/3 C chopped fresh cilantro

1/3 C finely chopped onion

1/2 a fresh lime

1/2 - 1 tsp salt

Preparation

preheat broiler. Place tomatoes, peppers and garlic on foil lined cookie sheet and broil for 16 minues turning after 8 minutes. Cool and peel tomatoes and garlic. Peel peppers leaving a few seeds for heat. In a food processer combine garlic, peppers, juice from 1/2 lime, and salt, pulse to a paste like consistancy. Add onions and cilantro and tomatos. Mix until desired consistancy
