Ingredients

3 tblsp olive oil

1 c chopped red onion

4 garlic cloves

1/3 c black olives

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp dried oregano

1 (28oz) can Italiam plum tomatoes with juice

1 lb spaghetti

Preparation

Heat oven to 450. Put tomatoes in a 9x9 casserole dish. In a frying pan, combine olive oil, onion, garlic, olives, papper flakes & oregano. Simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over the top of the tomoatoes. Season with s&p. Roast in oven for 20 minutes until sauce is hot and bubbly and onions are soft. Remove from oven and mash sauce with potato masher - sauce should be chunky. Toss with macaroni.
