Several Different Tomatoes

(Whatever looks good at store)

Garlic

Basil

Thyme

Chicken Stock

2 bay leaves

Heavy Cream

Preparation

Core and cut tomatoes to like size. Spread tomatoes, garlic, onions, thyme in roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast at 450 for 20 minutes until carmelized.

Remove thyme stems. Transfer to pot. Add chicken stock, bay leaves. Bring to boil, simmer 15-20 uncovered Add Basil. Use hand blender in pot. Add a little cream and butter. Season to taste.
