Ingredients

2 1/2 ounces Scotch whisky 

1/2 ounce sweet vermouth 

2 dashes Angostura bitters 

Ice cubes 

Lemon twist

Preparation

Shake Scotch, vermouth, and bitters over ice. Strain into a cocktail glass; garnish with lemon twist.
