Ingredients

1lb bag Egg Noodles

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Chicken Breast

1 Bell Pepper - diced

1 small bag of Frozen Peas (if desired)

Preparation

  • Cook egg noodles according to package
  • While cooking the noodles, boil chicken breast and when done, shred into small pieces
  • Drain and return to pan
  • Add both soups and mix well while still on flame
  • Add diced bell pepper and frozen peas
  • Cook until peas are tender or about 15 minutes
  • Add shredded chicken to mix and cook an additional 5 minutes until mixed well
