Ingredients
1lb bag Egg Noodles
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Chicken Breast
1 Bell Pepper - diced
1 small bag of Frozen Peas (if desired)
Preparation
- Cook egg noodles according to package
- While cooking the noodles, boil chicken breast and when done, shred into small pieces
- Drain and return to pan
- Add both soups and mix well while still on flame
- Add diced bell pepper and frozen peas
- Cook until peas are tender or about 15 minutes
- Add shredded chicken to mix and cook an additional 5 minutes until mixed well
