Ingredients

1 Shallot, chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms

2 jalapenos, chopped

1 pounds ground chicken

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

1/4 1% milk

1 tablespoon Old Bay

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

kosher salt to taste

black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.

  2. Pour 2 tablespoons ovoo in a saute pan over medium/high heat. Saute the shallots, red bell pepper, mushrooms, jaleponos for 4-5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Add worcestershire sauce and saute for another minute. Set aside and allow all vegetables to cool.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, vegetables, bread crumbs, milk, old bay seasoning and salt & pepper to taste. Mix all together well add chicken and form into 4-5 patties.

  4. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
