Ingredients

4 boneless/skinless Chicken Breast

1 large Onion - sliced

½ tsp Garlic Salt

2 x 16oz cans Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes

8oz can Spicy Tomato Sauce

1 Green and 1 Red Bell Pepper - sliced

1 tsp Salt

¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

¼ tsp Black Pepper

½ tsp Basil

1 tsp Oregano

½ tsp Celery Salt

1 Bay Leaf or 1 tsp dried Bay Leaves

Preparation

  • Layer onions in crock pot and place chicken on top
  • Mix all spices together and sprinkle over chicken
  • Place bell peppers on chicken
  • Pour spicy tomato sauce over top and stewed tomatoes on top
  • Cook 6-8 hours on high or ¾ hrs on low
  • Serve over rice
