Ingredients

1¼ cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 head of cabbage

1 carrot

Preparation

Shred the cabbage in a food processor. Put in a salad spinner to remove all the water. (This keeps the dressing from getting watery) Finely chop the carrot. Whisk the rest of the ingredients for the dressing. Place the cabbage/carrot mixture in a large bowl and top with the dressing. Toss gently.
