Ingredients

1 cup Roma or Holland Tomatoes, chopped

2 Ripe Avocados, diced

1/4 to 1/2 cub fresh cilantro

1 TBLS minced garlic

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1-2 packets stevia (or stevia drops to taste)

1/2 cup fresh corn, cut off the cob

Preparation

In a medium bowl, mis all of the ingredients, until as creamy as desired. Try with raw veggies, tortilla wraps, toast, or on top of greens to create a rich avocado salad.
