Ingredients
8 to 12 whole chicken breasts, deboned and halved
8 to 12 slices of bacon
1 small jar dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pint sour cream
Preparation
Roll chicken breasts and wrap with bacon strip. Line a square baking dish with dried beef (pour boiling water over beef and let stand 5 minutes before using). Mix together soup and sour cream. Place chicken over beef and pour sour cream mixture over all. Bake uncovered for 3 hours at 250 degrees. May be refrigerated before cooking.
