Ingredients
1 box vanilla cake mix
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
1/4 cup melted butter
40 Rolos, halved
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat cake mix, milk, and butter until well combined. This will be sticky. Divide batter in half.
Press 1/2 into a prepared pan. Bake 8-9 minutes.
Place Rolos caramel-side down on top of cake. Drop remaining batter on top in tsp sized amounts.
Bake 20-24 minutes.
