Ingredients
beef rolardin 6 pieces (found in supermarkets or butcher will prepare)
6 pieces bacon
onion
oil
flour
salt/pepper
guldens mustard
Preparation
brown onion in 1 tbsp oil spread guldens mustard on each piece of rolardin (malleted pieces of beef) add 1 piece bacon; salt and pepper roll up and tie w/string brown in hot oil add 1 c water simmer 1 hour remove string when meat is tender; keep gravy left for mashed potatoes
