Ingredients
2 heads Romaine Lettuce (washed & torn into bite size pieces)
3/4 to 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
2 oranges, peeled & cut into bite size pieces
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons water
Preparation
Place lettuce, oranges & pecans in salad bowl. Combine white wine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, red onion, dry mustard & water in a blender. Blend until well mixed. Make dressing ahead of time & refregerate until ready to toss salad.
