Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
6 Tbs olive oil
2 hearts of romaine
Preparation
Mix first 5 ingredients in jar. Place lid and shake well. Add oil. Add salt and pepper. Keep chilled. Bring to room t before using. Arrange sliced lengthwise romaine on plates and drizzle with vinaigrette.
