Ingredients

10 oz. dried rotelle pasta

1 can (14.5 oz.) CONTADINA® Recipe Ready Diced Tomatoes, undrained

1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, quartered, undrained

1 can (3 1/4 oz.) pitted ripe olives, drained and quartered

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup (1 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese

1 tsp. dried basil, crushed

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation

COOK pasta according to package directions; drain and chill.

COMBINE pasta, undrained tomatoes, artichokes and marinade, olives, vinegar, onion, cheese, basil, salt and pepper in large bowl; toss well.

CHILL 1 to 2 hours.
