Ingredients

2 pks fresh fettuccine noodles

1 stalk broccoli(cut up)

1 large tomato (diced)

2 jars favorite alfredo sauce

1 box garlic toast

1 bg shredded mozzerella cheese

1 bottle fav wine (chilled) optional

Preparation

In large pan bring water to boil. “meanwhile put garlic bread on baking sheet and bake according to box directions” when done remove from oven add mozzerella cheese and put back into oven about 2-3 min,or until cheese is melted.

Add fettucini noodles,to water when water gets to boil, noodles get done quick so keep a close eye. Add broccoli as soon as noodles are done but still boiling, Boil an extra 1 1/2 -2 min.

Remove pan from heat and drain. Put back into pan and stir in alfredo sauce. warm back up just a little. serve onto plates, top with fresh diced tomato and mozzerella cheese.

Serve with the garlic bread and a nice glass of chilled wine.
