Ingredients:

12 eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

2 cups milk

Cinnamon sugar

Bananas

Maine Maple Syrup

Preparation

Heat nonstick frying pan or crepe pan to medium high. Spray with Pam. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour 1/3 cup mixture into hot pan and distribute evenly over surface. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Flip crepe after approximately 1 minute. Take out of pan when slightly golden brown. Continue with the rest of mixture until finished. Place sliced bananas in frying pan to warm, sprinkle small amount of cinnamon sugar on top. Return crepes to pan, warm, and fill with bananas then roll. Top with warm Maine Maple Syrup.
