Ingredients

1 28-oz can peeled whole tomatoes (not stewed)

1 large sweet onion, diced

3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

8 large jalapeno peppers, diced

1/2 Bell pepper, diced

2 teaspoons of sugar

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

Salt to taste

Preparation

Add tomatoes to a vessel of your choice and break up by hand.

Dice all remaining ingrediants, add to tomatoes and mix. Salt to taste

Chill and serve with tortilla chips.

*If you want to wimp out you can reduce the number of Jalapeno peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
