Ingredients
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 small shallot finely minced
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp honey
A few drops of truffle oil (optional)
S&P to taste
Preparation
Whisk all in small bowl or in bottom of your salad bowl. Enough to gently coat, but not drown, a salad course for four or main-dish salad for two.
