Ingredients
2 teaspoons of Olive Oil
8 red seedless grapes
Ground Black Pepper
8 Medjool dates, pitted
4 ounces goat cheese
chopped roasted pistachios
Preparation
Pour olive oil onto a plate. Add grapes and roll to coat. Grind pepper onto grapes. Set aside. Slice open dates, and flatten between your hands. Divide goat cheese into 8 pieces. Place each grpae on a flattened date, and wrap the goat cheese around all, covering completely. Roll in chopped pistachios.
