Ingredients

Large loaf of crunchy French bread

juice of two lemons

one cup mayo

three garlic cloves crushed

1 lb. pruscuitto

1 lb. thinly sliced mozzerella

8 oz. sun dried tomatos,rehydrated

approx. 20 fresh basil leaves

Preparation

slice bread lengthwise

in small bowl, mix lemon juice,mayo,garlic,(salt and pepper to taste)

spread half of the mixture onto bottom half and the rest on the top half of bread.

cover bottom half with a layer of the fresh basil

follow with a layer of pruscuitto.

layer the mozzerella on top of the pruicuitto

follow with a layer of sun-dried tomatos.

place top of bread on sandwich. Cut into 4 inch sandwiches. Yum.
