3 T. balsamic viniger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1/8 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil or oregano or rosemary, or combination of

Mix together, store leftovers in refrigerator. I saved an old salad dressing bottle to keep it in.
