Ingredients
4 Tbs. butter
10 oz. frozen,chopped spinach; thawed and drained
1 can quartered artichokes
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook spinach according to package directions, squeeze out excess water. Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients and put into baking dish. Sprinkle any extra Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 20-30 minutes. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
